FunFlixDroid integrates with a wide range of adult devices (sextoys) using the open-source Buttplug.io protocol (buttplug.io), a universal standard designed specifically for interactive toys.
✅ Built-in Intiface — no extra app needed #
FunFlixDroid now ships with a built-in Intiface engine. It talks to your Bluetooth / USB toys directly from inside the app, so you no longer need to install Intiface Central. This is the default.
🔧 Optional: the Intiface Central app #
You can still use the standalone Intiface Central app instead of the built-in engine. Switch the connection mode in FunFlixDroid (Server mode → Intiface Central app) when you want its advanced, per-device settings and finer control. In that mode, FunFlixDroid connects to Intiface Central over a WebSocket, and Intiface Central handles the Bluetooth / USB link.
💡 Whether built-in or external, both use the same Buttplug.io protocol and support hundreds of device models. Intiface Central also receives device updates independently — handy for a brand-new toy the built-in engine doesn’t know yet.
🖐️ The Handy (direct connection) #
The Handy is handled separately: FunFlixDroid talks to it directly, so you do not need Intiface Central for it. Instead of Bluetooth, it connects through The Handy’s own online service using your device’s connection key.
To pair it, open the Handy screen in FunFlixDroid, enter your connection key (found in the Handy app / on handyfeeling.com) and pair. The Handy’s connectivity is checked independently from the rest of the app.
